PLA is a biodegradable thermoplastic polyester, that can be synthesized by from lactic acid or the ring-opening polymerization. Due the strong mechanical property this biopolymer is utilized in packaging industry. Zirconium phosphate (α-ZrP) is a lamellar inorganic material of synthetic origin with great application. The aim of this study was to develop poly (l-lactic acid) nanocomposites with nano zirconium phosphate modified with ether-amine (E-A) and zinc oxide (ZnO) to observe the effect of filler in the formation of nanocomposites.
